Spring into Fall Challenge!

Starting today, September 1, I am hosting a fitness challenge on my C Mommy Go facebook page. This challenge includes jumping rope, planking, and drinking your water for the day. There is always lots of support from the other members in the challenge and an amazing sense of community.
